Owners of this, mid-century modern, hillside home in Martinez approached Kava Massih Architects to make some improvements to the existing home. By creating an ADU we were able to add 2000 square feet to the property, integrated with the existing architectural style of the home, the subsequent remodel includes: 3 car garage, living unit, entry foyer, living room, guest suite and roof deck.
