We helped transformed this existing 2-story masonry building, originally built in 1917 for the Air Reduction Company of California, into the new offices for Anvil Builders https://anvilbuilders.com/. Anvil just recently hosted a Grand Opening Celebration in their new home at 1550 Park Avenue in Emeryville.
