Owners of this, mid-century modern, hillside home in Martinez approached Kava Massih Architects to design an ADU that connects to the existing home. The project scope includes a new, stand-alone structure with an 846 S.F. ADU over a 600 S.F. 2-car garage, integrated with the existing architectural style of the home.
