This proposed 13,700 project sits on the corner of Shattuck and Blake. The glass facade on the ground floor promotes interaction with the sidewalk. By offsetting windows on the Shattuck front, the apparent height is somewhat mitigated. We are assuming that at some time in the future the one-story building on Shattuck will be re-built as a housing project at about the same height as our proposed project making our South elevation invisible from the street. Same is true of the building to our West.
