2150 Kittredge Progress

Our staff recently visited the construction site of 2150 Kittredge, a 169-unit market-rate housing project in downtown Berkeley, located on the edge of the UC Berkeley campus. The project is being developed by East Beach Capital and constructed by JS Builders. This project will be completed by the 4th quarter in 2023.
