Cresa East Bay

Located along a main thoroughfare on the outskirts of Emeryville and in a historically industrial area, the Cresa Tenant Improvement involved renovating 3,500 sq ft of space of an existing concrete block warehouse into two separate offices. We provided seismic upgrade, new HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, new stucco exterior, new aluminum storefront window system and a new artist designed steel and glass entry for the office suites. The main building entry was relocated from 67th street to Hollis street which was marked by a custom steel and glass entry feature, designed and produced in collaboration with local steel artist, Melissa MacDonald. The interior repeats elements of steel and wood throughout and a cedar wood floating ceiling adds warmth to the space.
