Fox Café

This project consisted of the build-out of 1,015 sq ft space of to be used as a cafe serving sandwiches, salads, pastries, juice and coffee drinks. The café site is located within the Northwest corner of the Fox Courts development in Oakland’s vibrant uptown neighborhood.

Scope of work included a 285 sq ft café seating area, stainless steel café kitchen and service area including all equipment and sinks, a build-up of partial floor area above existing stair, a new stair entry, and a unisex bathroom. We also gave the space new flooring, ceiling, wall finishing and casework. The 794 sq ft basement was built-out to be used to store employee lockers, a standard size refrigerator and dry goods.
