Landmark Tower / U2 Studio

Location: Britain Quay, Dublin, Ireland

The design competition concept was to provide a center for the recording and electronic media arts; a “mediathek.” The building can serve as a contemporary version of New York’s “Brill Building,” housing recording and video studios, production and post-production suites as well as incorporating bar, restaurant, nightclub, and outdoor entertainment spaces.
