A new $5.5 million community center in downtown San Francisco. The facility incorporates an existing 3-story Victorian (6,000 sq ft) with a new 42,000 sq ft addition on the adjacent lot. The community center includes a 400-seat auditorium, kitchen, library, café, office space and conference rooms.
