Octavia Court

Location: Octavia Court Oak & Octavia Streets, San Francisco, CA

This project combines straight-forward and efficient floor plans with a lively façade to enhance the street appeal and function of this mixed use residential building for people with learning disabilities. The building outline was designed to provide a comforting sense of home to its residents. Natural materials are employed to create warmth and relate it to the surrounding buildings.
