New medical offices of approximately 7,500 sq ft were designed for an important cancer treatment clinic. The clinic plan is unique, with the major radiation therapy spaces in the center of the floor, and patient and staff circulation adjacent to the outdoor windows. The existing structure was strengthened to bear the weight of the 4-inch thick lead walls.
