Evolve Software, Inc. relocated its San Francisco facility into 46,000 square feet of new office space across the Bay Bridge in Emeryville. Evolve’s new east bay offices are housed in EmeryTech, a 240,000 square foot adaptive re-use and was recently awarded in the Best of the Bay SFAIA competition. Our creative design solutions addressed the demands of the high-tech company while creating a loft style work atmosphere and maintaining the integrity of the original building by incorporating many of the original elements – high bay windows, exposed I-beams and columns and exposed concrete and brick. The new facility includes private offices, conference rooms, workstations, administrative areas, and an entrance lobby adjacent to the building’s outdoor atrium.
