The site is 70,796 square feet of a flat area adjacent and parallel to Laguna Honda Boulevard sloping up drastically to the houses above. There is an existing paved surface parking lot and two structures that are to be removed to make room for the new housing. The proposed project consists of parking, landscaped courtyards, worship, gathering and performance space for Forest Hill Church, senior housing and management and services associated with the residents and the housing. The new structure is to contain 62 parking stalls to be shared between the housing and the Forest Hill Church. There are 150 units of housing, studios and one bedrooms, for very low income seniors. The worship area is about 2,000 square feet in a two story volume. This space is to be shared by the entire community of residents.
