In 2019, HARD agreed to collaborate with Resource for Community Development Housing in the development of a new 5-story housing facility, at East 14th Street and 162nd Ave, along with the creation of a new Community Center.

Kava Massih Architects was brought on to design and execute the development of the project. There will be 79 affordable housing units service low-income and working individuals. In addition, there will be facilities for children, adults, and senior enrichment programs. There will also be an affordable childcare center that can serve 24 children.
