This 71-unit market-rate townhouse development consists of five unit types. They range from 1-bedroom loft-style units with 800 square feet, to 3-bedroom, 3-storied townhouse units with 1,400 square feet. The ground floor includes 120 square feet of office/work space. All units, with the exception of the loft type units, have a two-car garage accessed off the driveway loop. A ground floor café is located at one corner of development, at the intersection of two major streets. The site is organized concentrically around a central interior “paseo,” a raised landscaped pedestrian walkway, which directly serves the 22 adjoining interior units.
