This new three-story mixed-use project consists of ten double-height residential lofts ranging from 900 sq ft to 1100 sq ft above 6000 sq ft of commercial space on the first floor. There are ten residential private garages and thirteen commercial parking spaces to the rear of the building. A community garden is located at the northeast corner of the site.
