Temescal Station Townhouses & Condos

This project consists of three newly constructed buildings with 28 market-rate housing units: 10 townhouse units with private parking divided between two buildings, and 18 condominium units over parking and ground-floor retail space.

The condominium building is a 4-story structure. Ground floor commercial space includes an expanse of glazed storefront. Just above the ground floor are podium level condominiums, which are single story flats surrounding a courtyard. Upper floors consist of two-story units with covered terraces overlooking the Oakland and San Francisco skylines.

Each individually owned three-story townhouse is approximately 1,900 sq ft, and has its own garage, private garden and street level entrance. They are animated by projecting living room bays and recessed entries clad in wood.
